We also do fertility enhancing hystero laparoscopic surgeries for removal of fibroid, septal resection, polyprectomy, ovarian drilling, cystectomy, removal of hydrosalphinx etc. For male infertility we do procedures like TESA (Testicular sperm aspiration) and PESA (Per cutaneoun epididymal sperm aspiration) to retrieve sperms in patients with Azoospermia ( Nil sperm count).
